Meet Vicki

Human Resources Administrator

She is our Human Resources Administrator and rental showing agent. Vicki has been a long-time resident of Lompoc Valley since 1967. She graduated from Lompoc High School, then acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly, and finally her Master’s Degree from Chapman University.

Vicki and Tom then began investing in their own real estate, and now have over 40 years of experience managing and remodeling their own rentals. Her combined experience in real estate and in working with people is a great asset in providing our owners and prospective renters at Hinkens Group with quality service.
