Broker

Tom Hinkens began his real estate career in the Lompoc Valley in 1985, helping over 2,000 clients successfully buy or sell their homes. Responding to growing demand from his customers, Tom founded the Hinkens Group Property Management Department in 2008 to offer professional property management services.

In 2024, Tom brought his business full circle, moving back into the building where his journey first began. With this move, he realized his vision of creating Lompoc’s premier one-stop shop—offering buying, selling, property management services, and so much more, all under one roof!
