About Thomas D. Hinkens

He is an experienced real estate agent with Hinkens Group Properties, where he represents both buyers and sellers. Growing up in Lompoc, Tom decided at just 5 years old that he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue a career in real estate. After graduating from Cabrillo High School, he headed to San Luis Obispo to further his education. Upon returning home, Tom quickly became an expert in sales and began building his business.

 

Tom’s primary goal is to make the home buying or selling experience fun and stress-free. His dedication to providing a smooth, enjoyable process for his clients has helped him build lasting relationships in the community. With a vision for the future, Tom is committed to turning Hinkens Group into Lompoc's Real Estate Superstore, where clients can find everything they need to buy or sell a home under one roof.

 

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Balancing family life and his growing business, he is passionate about supporting his clients and contributing to the local community.
