Our Second Asset manager in the company has been part of the team since Early 2023. Jessica has quickly become an integral part of our property management team.

Jessica brings a skill set that is highly valued within our company. She can communicate with tenants, owners, and contractors to be able to address any tenant issues, maintenance problems, and unexpected emergencies. As a mother of two, she knows the importance of managing multiple schedules can handle a variety of tasks, and adapt to changing situations quickly.

As a homeowner, Jessica acknowledges the importance of ensuring one’s home is looked after and costs are managed. She prides herself in keeping herself educated in all and new landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and safety codes to make her clients comfortable and cared after.

Aside from striving to offer the best property management care, Jessica loves seeking new adventures and creating lasting memories with her children.
