Jessica Elaine joined the team in 2024 and brings over a decade of experience in customer service and site management. Originally from Texas, she is results driven and values building strong relationships through clear communication and consistency. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is able to connect with and effectively serve a diverse range of clients and community members. She is known for her ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate effectively and adapt quickly to changing situations. 

As a mother, Jessica understands the importance of time management, and effective communication she applies daily in her professional role. She enjoys investing, creating efficient systems and collaborating with others to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new trails, discovering new adventures and making lasting memories with her family.
